We’ve received lots of comments about our ordering app – some good, others… not so good.
We’re big fans of digital to offer better value and service, but we’re also big fans of our customers, and we understand that not everyone likes tech. So we’re bringing back table service (with no tips or cover charge) to make sure everyone can have the experience they want. There’s no faff of ordering at the bar, and we’ll put all your orders on a tab. No need to pay as you go, just order what you want, when you want, and pay for everything at the end.

The app is still here, you’ll notice regular tech improvements based on feedback, and is still the quickest way to place an order. Order and pay for whatever you like, whenever you like, and we’ll bring it over as soon as it’s ready.
Using Apple Pay or Google Pay makes the process even quicker. Who wants to enter card details after a few drinks?
If you’re using table service but fancy something extra, you can also mix & match. No need to wait for a server – just order any extra sides or drinks on the app to get it as quick as possible.
