We love Jersey: it’s where we live, it’s at the start of our name, and it’s at the heart of everything we do.
That’s why we’re proud to be taking part in the Jersey Hospitality Association’s Dine Out Festival this autumn: showcasing the best of Jersey produce and highlighting local ingredients and growers.
Working with local growers and suppliers has always been important to us and we work hard to find the best quality, tastiest, sustainable ingredients. You’ll find plenty of these showcased on our Dine Out local Specials menu; from whole Jersey crab to locally-caught fish served with seasonal Jersey vegetables and a Jersey tomato dressing. Perfect for a taste of the Island’s rich seafood scene.
Looking to the land, our Jersey vegetable parmentier has been a big hit with our crew. We’re sure you’ll love it too. Packed full of seasonal vegetables from our local growers, and covered with a generous helping of mashed Jersey potatoes, it’s full of the best local produce. Fresh from the fields, full of flavour, and packed with local goodness.
No Jersey menu would be complete without our Island’s (unofficial) national dish, so we’re bringing on the bean crock! A perfect hearty autumn dish, we’ve paired it with local pork sausages from Brooklands Farm for an authentic Jersey taste.
To finish up your meal, don’t forget something sweet! As any Islander will tell you, autumn is black butter season in Jersey. This rich and sticky jam-like treat is made with local cider apples, apple cider, a hint of lemon, and a cosy blend of autumn spices, and it tastes perfect in our black butter cheesecake. Try it on our Dine Out menu, or if you’re too full for a whole pudding, discover our handmade Jersey fudge as a little something to end your meal. Paired perfectly with tea or coffee, we make it fresh in our kitchens using the finest Jersey milk and butter for a crumbly, creamy taste.
Don’t miss the Dine Out festival this autumn: book your table now at Jersey Crab Shack St Brelade (until 29th October) or at Jersey Crab Shack Gorey (until 15th October) to get a taste of our sensational local specials menu.
