To get your takeaway, simply head to our online ordering page, choose your nearest Shack, and pick ‘Click & Collect.’ You’ll then be able to place your order, choose a collection time, and pay online. Then, simply show up to your chosen Shack and we’ll have your food ready and waiting. It couldn’t be easier!

Our largest table size available is for eight people. Unfortunately we are unable to allocate more than one table per booking and will not be able to honour multiple bookings for the same party.

Our largest table size is for 10 people. You are welcome to book multiple tables for a bigger group; we will do our best to put these beside each other, but please be aware that this is not always possible owing to the layout of the restaurant.

When booking online, you are able to indicate your preferences in the Special Requests section. We will do our best to accommodate your wishes but cannot guarantee a table in a specific area of Jersey Crab Shack.

We respectfully ask that food (other than baby food) that has not been prepared in our kitchens is not consumed on our premises. For the avoidance of doubt, this includes celebratory puddings so please ask if you would like a celebratory pudding made. Please click here for further information.
